Unfortunately, I experienced remarkably audible levels of coil whine coming from the right side of this card while gaming after two days of installing it.
I understand that this is a common phenomenon in GPU's.
The chances of you receiving one with coil whine are slim. That's why I would still recommend this GPU to anyone wanting to buy an AMD card in the $400 range.

I game on a 27" 1440p monitor with 165hz. This card is up to that task with the majority of games I have played. I have long stayed away from Radeon cards because they were notorious for running very hot and loud. I'm pleased to say that this card never seems to get audible. I actually had to open the side panel of my case while gaming to ensure that the fans were even spinning. It's as quiet as my PS5, which is a welcome change! I left my performance monitor running while gaming for a good half hour and the GPU's temp was staying around 70c. I'm very pleased with the performance of this card.
I'm a bit worried about the cards longevity though, especially after seeing other reviews here. Other RX 6800 cards cost a bit more. Hoping I don't run into an issue, especially with no indication as to what the warranty on this graphics card is. That info is nowhere to be found, which is odd. I even registered it online and it doesn't say. Hmm. At this price I was willing to risk it.
Swapped from an Msi 970 oc to this gpu and it was a massive upgrade.
Pros:
consistently good temps
lighter than it looks
16gb over nvidia’s competitor (3070 8gb)
incredibly quiet
Got mine for $480 about 2 weeks~ prior to Black Friday.
Cons:
Massive length (only really an issue for smaller builds, I personally don’t see a realistic reason to run small builds in 2022-2023)

I expected more from a card that cost $430.00 I've had nothing but issues with this card freezing/black screening and not working properly while doing normal task. All these issues are at random and can happen daily or a week may pass but it's been frustrating. I've considered going back to Nvidia graphics cards. The card is built well and looks nice but if it doesn't work properly then whats the point. I had a 6600 XT in my PC before this one, and that card performed very well, I never had any issues with the 6600 XT. Honestly don't know if I would buy XFX brand card again because of the issues I've had.
Also, I bought this card because it had a promotion that said it came with Starfield for free. Well we had to fight with customer service to get it, so I'm assuming if you don't say anything then you probably won't get what was promoted with your purchase.

PROS
Quiet yet powerful, it has played everything at 4K 60hz between high and very high settings.
Easy to use software
CONS
is very long, i do see issues with smaller cases
In certain instances there can be a somewhat loud high pitched whine in menus that i believe is coil whine. It isn't too distracting but it very noticeable.

While the 6700XT isn't bad, the 12GB buffer will only last until the gaming consoles (PS5 and Xbox) get their "pro" model. They will most likely target more than 12GB of usable VRAM. And when that happens, you'll be in the same spot as 8GB GPUs today when those games get ported to PC.
